IT DEPICTS A BEAUTIFUL MAIDEN, ALINA, WHO IS FORCED TO CONFRONT THE SLANDEROUS VOICES THAT TORMENT HER FROM THE SHADOWS.
ALINA DASHES THROUGH THE GLOOMY CEMETERY, FLEEING FROM THE VOICES OF SLANDER THAT MATERIALIZE IN THE FORM OF A RAUM, A DEMONIC CROW-HEADED MAN.

We partnered with Director, Andy Fortenbacher (Jaywalk Productions), and Actor/Producer, Stephanie Sellars (Immortality Productions), to create a stylized film that touches on the paralyzing effects of slander and oppression. This short film is a fantasy/thriller that was in filmed at All Faiths Cemetery in Queens, NY. This project was shot in a single day with limited resources.
Ornament of Beauty was an opportunity to adapt a piece of classic literature written by the master playwright, William Shakespeare to a narrative cinematic format, through a stylized vision. The narrative urges the audience to seek self-preservation and discover strength from within, when encountering torment or slanderous words from others.shot in a single day with limited resources.
